  9. Microsoft Windows 3.1 or later running in Standard or Enhanced mode. A hard disk with approximately 1MB available.  Power Balance needs about 300k free memory to run and is also compatible with OS/2, requiring v2.1 or later.

  34. Run the SETUP program from Program or File Manager to install Power Balance. If you do not use Program Manager, please add the program BALANCE.EXE to your application launchpad.
